Srinivas Tunuguntla

Assistant Professor of Marketing
Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business

My research combines machine learning, causal inference, and economic theory to understand consumer behavior and improve decisions in digital markets. I develop methods for measuring the causal effects of advertising, learning bidding strategies, and designing ad auctions that use targeting information.

My current work studies how consumers interpret search rankings, how conversations with large language models can inform models of search and demand, and how consumer digital twins can predict responses in new settings while quantifying uncertainty.

I received my PhD in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
